This episode of The Career Ready Podcast focuses on the job application process and how to make a positive impact as a job seeker. Amanda Whiddon, the Corporate and Executive Recruiter for Berman Auto Group shares her experience and insight regarding the applicant review process. We also talk about reflecting the skill and characteristics of professionalism in the job search and answer a listener mail question about interviewing. 

Topic #1: Rebecca dives into how to show professionalism during the job search. Professionalism is one of the eight core competencies identified by NACE (The National Association of Colleges and Employers) as a valued skill all employers seek.

In her role she is part of the job applicant evaluation process and hires people for all positions within the organization. Amanda shares tips and insight from her personal experience and her perspective to help job seekers of all types perform better during the job search.
